The Superintendent is authorized to employ part-time and/or substitute noncertified personnel under the provisions of the current negotiated master contract(s). The Superintendent shall be responsible to establish procedures for arranging substitutes in case of non-certified staff absences.
Pay rates for non-certified substitutes shall be according to rates established as needed by the Board upon recommendation of the Superintendent or as may be provided in the current negotiated master contract(s).
