The GRPS Electronic Mentoring System is an online system that allows principals to assign mentor matches, mentors to accept assignments and log meetings, and mentees to have documentation of their mentor/mentee logs that counts for new teacher PD credit via the mentors.grps.org website. This electronic system has been customized to house and tracks all GREA mentoring activities from start to finish.

Click “OK” and a “waiting approval” tab will appear. You have completed your end of the process. Next, your principal/supervisor will need to review and “Approve” your mentor log. Once approved, it will be automatically processed for payment. Mentors will receive an email verification of stipend payment.

*Note: DO NOT click the “submit completion” until you have completed and submitted your final meeting. Even if you have met the minimum mentor meeting hours, you can continue meeting with your mentee (as mentors often do). Remember all the submitted meeting hours can count towards their New Teacher 90-HR PD requirement.

NOTE: Stipends will be prorated for mentors who have not met their minimum meeting requirement and/or assigned a mentor after January 1.
