Mentor Academy sessions support the ongoing professional growth of mentors. Mentors are encouraged to enroll in courses they have not previously completed to build their skills and work toward Mentor Certification. Mentor Academy courses should first be applied to the "Mentor Requirement" section of the KALPA PL Plan. Any courses completed beyond the requirement maybe applied to the "Above and Beyond" section.
