The Grand Rapids Public Schools mission is to ensure that all students are educated, self-directed and productive members of society. To live up to that mission, we must be examples of good behavior. When misconduct occurs in the workplace, we all have a responsibility to stop it by reporting it to the proper authority. Abuse, harassment or bullying of students or staff, employee theft, falsifying documents, lying, and violations of Board policies should never be ignored.
If you see something that you know is not right, report it. If you are uncomfortable reporting it to your supervisor or other administrator, you may now report to the GRPS toll-free Ethics Hotline by calling 1-800-345-7377.
