GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (GRPS) -- Four new Grand Rapids Board of Education trustees were formally sworn into office and board officers were elected during the Annual Organization Meeting held on Monday, January 13.
A formal swearing-in ceremony was held for new trustees Arick Davis, Amber Kilpatrick, Eleanor Moreno, and Richard Williamson. The four join the board after winning election in November.
During the organizational meeting, Kymberlie Davis was appointed President of the Board of Education. Davis has served on the board since 2023. She previously served as Vice President in 2024.
