GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Four GRPS scholar-athletes returned from the AAU Junior Olympics with an impressive haul of medals. The athletes earned medals and All-American status, showcasing their exceptional talent.
Among them, 12-year-old Eris Young (City High Middle School) medaled in the 100m dash, 200m dash, and 4x100 relay. The young team, including standout 10-year-old Kylee Patton-Ivy (Harrison Park Academy), delivered personal bests and memorable performances, reflecting their dedication and teamwork.
