GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (GRPS) -- GRPS proudly celebrated the final commencement ceremony for the Class of 2025, honoring 16 scholars who achieved graduation through the Ignite Summer Learning program.
The graduation ceremony was held on July 24 at Southwest Middle High School Academia Bilingüe, where families, educators, and community members gathered to recognize their achievement.
“You’ve shown us all that finishing strong matters just as much as how you start,” said Harold Wiggins, Principal of Ignite Summer Learning. “You are proof that determination and resilience pay off.”
Superintendent Dr. Leadriane Roby also congratulated the graduates and offered words of encouragement.
“Everything you’ve learned has prepared you for this moment,” Dr. Roby said. “If you look around this world, it’s clear, we need you. The race is just beginning. So take a deep breath, trust your training, and go.”
