All meetings of the Board of Education shall be open to the public and shall be held in a place available to the public. All persons shall be permitted to attend any public meeting except as otherwise provided by law. The right to attend Board meetings includes the right to record and share the proceedings. The exercise of this right shall not be dependent upon the prior approval of the Board. However, the Board may establish reasonable rules and regulations in order to minimize the possibility of disrupting the meeting.
