The Board allows properly organized and responsible outside groups to utilize District buildings and grounds. Such use, however, must not interfere with the daily school scholar routine or any school-sponsored activity. District facilities and equipment will not be used or made available for political campaigns.
The use of school facilities for school purposes has precedence over all other uses. Persons on school premises must abide by the District's conduct rules at all times, including all Board policies and rules. The Superintendent will promulgate rules to provide for the use of school facilities.
