GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (GRPS) – Scholars at several GRPS schools participated in the statewide ‘I Voted’ sticker contest.

Two scholars have been named finalists: Clara G. and Lucinda S. from City High Middle School. You can vote for their entries online here. Voting is open until 11:59 p.m. on June 30.

According to the Secretary of State’s Office, more than 2,000 submissions were received this year, four times the number of entries from the first contest in 2024. The Michigan Collegiate Student Advisory Task Force members selected 30 semifinalists from each entry category.

Three winning designs will be selected from each separate category: elementary/middle school, high school, and general entry (open to Michigan residents of all ages). The stickers will be provided to local election clerks for the November election to give out to voters.
