- Complete safety Plan
- Complete re-entry plan with scholar and building administration
- Inform staff of safety plan
- File C-SSRs and all other forms in Electronic Health Record
- Assign a staff member to schedule check ins with the scholar

- Ensure follow-up of the re-entry plan
