GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (GRPS) - Two Redhawks football players will continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Joshua Garcia-Guzman, a senior at CA Frost, has signed to play football at Kalamazoo College. A multi-year varsity starter, Garcia-Guzman contributed on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Redhawks, earning All-Conference honors this season.
Fellow CA Frost senior Justin Hilliard will also continue his football career at Kalamazoo College. A defensive back for the Redhawks, Hilliard also competed in bowling and baseball and was recently selected as a recipient of a Union Athletics Boosters scholarship.
After spending years representing the Redhawks together, Garcia-Guzman and Hilliard will remain teammates at Kalamazoo College, where they will pursue their academic goals while competing for the Hornets.
