The girls soccer team had an impressive season, with nine different athletes earning postseason recognition. In district play, the Redhawks defeated Wyoming 9-1 in the opening round before falling 3-0 to Rockford, the eventual Division 1 state champion.
The boys golf team also enjoyed a strong season, finishing third at the OK Gold Conference Championship. The Redhawks' success was driven by balanced performances throughout the season, rather than one standout performer all year.
In track and field, Union High School was represented at the MHSAA Division 1 State Finals by junior Lily Salacina, who qualified in the long jump. Salacina finished 25th in the event.
The Redhawks congratulate all of their spring athletes for their hard work and dedication throughout the season!
