Ombuds Scholar Ambassador
The Ombuds Scholar Ambassador program prepares student leaders with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills so they can support their peers, connect them to resources, and strengthen our school community. These are the students helping make their school a place where everyone feels welcome and respected.
What is an Ombuds Scholar Ambassador?
Scholar Ambassadors are students who:
- Listen without judging
- Help peers talk through conflicts
- Model leadership and integrity
- Build a positive school community
- Connect students to resources when needed
Our goal is simple:
Help scholars feel heard, supported, and prepared to move forward with confidence.
Our Motto: Show Up → Speak Up → Step Up
This reminds us to be present, communicate respectfully, take responsibility, and work toward a solution.
What Ambassadors do:
Ambassadors help students talk through small issues before they turn into big problems. They’re trained in listening, communication, and conflict resolution.
