Dear GRPS Friends:
Happy Pride Month! As we move into June the planning for the Grand Rapids Pride Festival is moving forward.
Unlike previous years, we do not have a table or booth.
However, we are looking for GRPS teachers, staff members, administrators, PALs, community members, scholars, and scholar champions who would like to represent GRPS at the event.
Please use the link below to volunteer to support the event. If you choose to volunteer, we ask that you wear your GRPS gear to represent our organization at Pride festival. We will also have flyers and buttons to hand out while you are there.

WHAT: Grand Rapids PRIDE Festival
WHERE: Grand Rapids, downtown – Calder Plaza
WHEN: Saturday, June 20, 2026 and Sunday, June 21, 2026 (you can select either)
TASKS: Volunteer to hand out SWAG and promote GRPS (e.g., our diverse academic programming, your individual school/department, the enrollment process, the best things about our district, etc.)
