Engage Listen to fully understand and recognize issues; identify opportunities for resource and staff connections and options for problem-solving.
Explore & Develop Options Research and evaluate options and strategies to share with visitor to resolve concerns.
Navigate, Connect, Empower Discuss options to address conflict and concerns. Facilitate communication. Help visitors advocate for themselves to resolve concerns. Coach and help prepare them for conversations. Assist, with permission, to work collaboratively with all parties involved.
