GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (GRPS) – Meet Demario Brown, a senior at Innovation Central High School.
Brown explains that he has enjoyed the relationships he has built at Innovation Central High School. “It made me see that school isn’t just all about paperwork, it's more about what you need as a student, and that they're supplying you with what you need and that is your job to make sure you get up and you go after it."
Brown works at New City Kids, an afterschool program that provides tutoring and musical experiences for children.
After graduation, he hopes to earn a college degree in business.
